After a few months away, taking some time to welcome this new stage in my life, I’m back! I’m back with a little visitor, with a curious and different perspective, and with a kinder understanding of parenting.
These months have taught me to question myself beyond what seemed obvious and to look at what happens every day from a different perspective.
Coming back means reconnecting with the team, whom I have missed so much; reconnecting with our dynamics, our conversations, and our debates; reconnecting with Rosi, who will always be my partner, and with that complicity and understanding that characterize us.
Coming back means readapting and finding a new way to organize my new life. Coming back has meant many changes, but without a doubt, the best part has been being able to look at the Pumas again with fresh eyes. What I used to see every day, I can now see from a different perspective and truly appreciate the achievements of our tribe.
Spaces of autonomy and trust among the Pumas, a dynamic that flows naturally between the little ones and the older ones, where guidance seems to disappear completely. Seeing those who were once the little ones now take leadership of the studio, set boundaries, and support their tribe. Seeing the Pumas who were once Explorers now feel so comfortable and confident in Spark gives me peace. It tells me that the conditions we created were the right ones for their transition to be gentle and meaningful.
Looking at our work with fresh eyes, and seeing the work the guides have done during these months, makes me appreciate even more the actions, the space, and what we believe in.
When I came back, I brought with me a little visitor who looks at everything happening around him with wonder. He gets excited when people come close and talk to him, and through his little babbles, he tries to interact with them. Without a doubt for him and the Pumas it’s a real new experience to have a baby moving around sometimes.
Coming back has been a journey of rediscovering, reconnecting, and seeing things from a new perspective. And perhaps that is the most beautiful part of coming back: realizing that while so much has changed, the essence of what we believe in remains the same.
