I’m a psychologist, education specialist, and single mom, and my deepest calling is to guide children and parents as they walk their own Hero’s Journey.
I studied at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Harvard, and Columbia University. For over a decade, I led the World Bank’s education work in Peru. I also served as a member of Peru’s National Education Council during the pandemic, helping our country navigate the deepest education crisis in recent history.
And yet, I've leaned and grown the most at Tinkuy. Walking alongside families, I’ve witnessed the quiet power of trust, the courage it takes to grow together, and the beauty of becoming who we’re meant to be, one brave step at a time.

I am an educator at heart. I hold a degree in Teaching and a PhD in Educational Sciences from the University of Science and Technology of Lille, in France. I’ve dedicated my life to reimagining how we teach and learn, bringing together technology, innovation, and the human side of education.
I’ve led virtual learning projects, created digital tools, and trained hundreds of teachers across Latin America. From 2016 to 2020, I served as a member of Peru’s National Council of Education, working to shape the future of learning at a national level.
I find the greatest joy and meaning in training those who train others, sparking new ways of thinking, and building the kind of education that awakens possibility.
This is not just my work. It’s my purpose.
