In Tinkuy, both the Pumas and their families begin an adventure in search of a calling that will change the world. This process is designed to ensure that Tinkuy is the right fit for your child and your family.

But before you decide if you want to start the application process, we invite you to schedule a family visit with us.

SCHEDULE A family VISIT

Please fill out a short questionnaire clicking on the button below so we can better understand your family’s needs and tailor your visit. After receiving your request, we’ll schedule an informal meeting where your child(ren) can explore and meet our Pumas while you take a private tour and chat with our founder.

If you're applying to Explorer, this visit will help you decide on enrollment. For Spark, Discovery, or Ascend studios, you can start the audition process afterward.

Begin your Family's Journey

If you'd like to start the audition process after meeting us, we'll send you a link to begin. We appreciate the time and thought you put into this process, and many families in our community say they enjoyed it. We hope you do too.

You can complete your audition in only 3 steps! And with that, you and your child(ren) will get to live first-hand the Tinkuy experience.

STEP 1. THE FOUR QUESTIONS

To complete this step, you'll read Unschooling Rules: 55 Ways to Unlearn What We Know About Schools and Rediscover Education, which will help you decide if a learner-driven education is right for your children. Then, reflect on four key questions with your family and share your thoughts with us.

Learners applying to Ascend or Launchpad must complete an Audition Quest to be invited to the immersion week, giving them a preview of the Tinkuy experience.

This step is free, with only the cost of the recommended books (under $3 on Kindle).

STEP 2. IMMERSION EXPERIENCE

If we believe our program aligns with what you're looking for, we'll invite your child to visit Tinkuy for up to one week. During the visit, your child will experience life as a Puma, meet the guides and other Pumas, and be involved in this important decision.

This step has a cost of S/150 Spark and S/350 Discovery or Ascend.

STEP 3. FINAL INTERVIEW WITH PARENTS

Following the immersion experience, we can meet to discuss if Tinkuy Marka Academy would be a good fit for your family.

After the meeting, if we see we are a great fit for your family, we will invite you to join. Congratulations!
