In Tinkuy, both the Pumas and their families begin an adventure in search of a calling that will change the world. This process is designed to ensure that Tinkuy is the right fit for your child and your family.

We recognize that we ask you to dedicate time and thought to the process. Families who are thriving in our community often share that they truly enjoyed the process, and we hope you do too.

STEP 1.Get Started

We want to know who you are! Let us know you're interested. This is the first step of the audition process.We believe in fostering independence and responsibility in our learners. Therefore, we kindly request that parents fill out the audition forms for the Explorer, Spark and Discovery studios, as our younger learners may need some assistance, while we ask for learners to take the initiative and complete the forms for the Ascend and Launchpad auditions by themselves.

STEP 2. Family Meet-Up

After receiving your formal entry, we'd like to schedule a time to meet with your family. This meeting is aimed to be fun and informal to connect and answer questions you may have.

If you are applying to Explorer, we skip straight to step 5 after this.

STEP 3. DIG DEEPER

If, after meeting us, you would like to continue the process, we will send you a link to the next step, in which you will get the chance to tead Laura Sandefer's book Courage to Grow to learn what day-to-day life is like at an Acton Academy.

Discover the origins of Acton from the testimony of its creators, dig deep into the beautiful as well as the challenges faced in the early years. Reflect on the questions as a family and share your reflections with us by sharing with us your views.

STEP 4. IMMERSION EXPERIENCE

If we see that what you are looking for fits in with what we can offer, we will invite your child to visit Tinkuy for a few days (up to 1 week). Live the experience of being a Puma and a Tinkuy family for a week, meet the guides and Pumas, and engage your child in this important decision.

This step has a cost of S/150 Spark and S/350 Discovery (incl. materials and food)
